Faith is an inner prompting to trust in planetary shifts, natural cycles and rhythms that shape our evolutionary path. There are SO many planetary shifts in 2025 as we enter the era of Fire and Air! All four outer planets move from Earth and Water signs to Air and Fire in this next year, with Pluto already there. These outer planet shifts create transpersonal change
for our culture in ways we have yet to imagine. 2025 is going to be a busy, fast paced year with some retrogrades taking us back into the Earth and Water signs toward the end of year. We will then get a chance to reflect on our impulses for more freedom and independence. Water and Earth signs are yin, they seek stability in security while the yang Fire and Air signs create more dynamic change and focus on momentum, communication and action.
These planetary shifts take us into Aries, new beginning Fire with Neptune and Saturn shifting out of Pisces. Uranus moves to Air sign Gemini, creating connections to speak our truth and find our people. Pluto now firmly anchored in Aquarius for the next 20 years says the collective is seeking a greater vision and that we must collaborate to find our true humanity. It is an exciting new
chapter that most astrologers have been aware of for many years. 2025 ushers in shifts for empowered new beginnings if we do not become too willful and impatient, too talkative and flippant on the surface of life.
Then there are the Lunar Nodes changing signs on Jan. 11th! The dragon head and and tail, indicators of the past groove that
no longer serves with the polarity sign that points the way to the future, the glorious later! Shifts happen from South Node Libra and North node Aries to South Node Virgo and North Node Pisces. This is big stuff! How do we play in the mix of it all?
Neptune completes it 14 year journey in the sign it rules, Pisces, just as the North
Node enters this sign. They meet on February 6th to help us anchor in the new dream. What is the NEW DREAM? We each have one and weaving those dreams together is the work of 2025. Both Neptune and Pisces are anchors of faith to what we cannot see or touch in this world. The fast-paced year coming will require we live within our center, our core loving for one another regardless of external chaos. A tall order indeed and why we need each other now more than ever, to stand in our inner authority
and be also stay connected.
This has been the gift of the Nodes, teaching us this past 18 months through Libra - Aries polarity. We can stay true to ourselves and respect one another’s choices? What a great gift we have been given. Let’s use it! My wish for all of us now is more music and compassion for our complex human journey of joy and
grief. Let’s practice more honesty of what it means to be both fragile and strong, so very human with needs and resilience. I see we are inching our way there, and my heart softens to know how much love is possible in this broken and beautiful world.
