Here we are again with another full moon in the earth sign of Capricorn! Our last full moon was at 1 degree Capricorn on June 21, 2024. Now, one month later, we get the tail end of the sign at 29 degrees, referred to as the anaretic degree. This final degree of completion brings powerful change.
Dane Rudhyar describes the sabian symbol for this specific degree as: "A secret meeting of men responsible for executive decisions in world affairs. The power to assume responsibility for crucial choices arrived at after mature discussions with those who share this power."

What a time we are experiencing! Pluto, the agent of transformational change, has journeyed through the sign of Capricorn since 2008. It completes its sixteen year journey on November 18th right after the elections. Pluto will then remain in
Aquarius where it began its journey in March of 2023 until the year 2044! That is a total of twenty one years ushering in the Aquarian, not the authoritarian age! Have patience grasshopper. Can we dream the beginning is near? Go ahead and call me optimystic. I donʻt mind.
Due to the several retrogrades of Pluto in Aquarius back into
Capricorn since last year, we have been experiencing this 29th degree numerous times. The last passing is during this fall election season. So what to make of this business? Yes, business, a very Capricorn word indeed.
Given Plutoʻs transpersonal nature, we are talking revolutionary change for society, this is about the collective. The
last time Pluto was in Capricorn was during the American Revolution. Now 248 years later, we are in that cycle again. Indeed a challenging time. We are experiencing the Pluto return for the United States.
