Lunar Eclipses are intense so self care is very important this week. Napping and listening to your bodies needs are recommended. Astrologer Kelly Surtees named "Chaos and Breakthroughs" in her eclipse newsletter. The North Node will be at 22 degrees and Uranus at 15 degrees Taurus. With Sun in Scorpio and Moon in Taurus at 25 degrees, this alchemy of influences will surely shake up our week. 

Personally, I have just been traveling to Arizona to visit family and Mexico for the Dias de los Muertos, day of the dead, celebration. As ancestral work has always been a deep interest of mine, I was delighted to be in a cultural who honored the dead and have a living relationship to the ancestors. Here are a few photos from my trip. 

I return to Hawaii on the day of the eclipse and will continue to ask the ancestors for guidance as our world is in such a long dark period of change. May we all stand on the shoulders of the love that has created us and find the courage to face life with fortitude and hope toward a sustainable future for all living beings.
