Once the Capricorn goat lived at the bottom of the sea and had a tail. This old wise goat rose to the surface to be in the material world and make a difference through cautious and wise actions that built successful societies. His serious nature offers integrity and wisdom through experience and legacy. How do we honor his experience and yet move into the
future? This is the tall order of 2022. This is the final year for our shadow work with Pluto in this sign, where it has been traveling since 2008.
The old goat has been around the block and has seen a few things that at times make him judgmental, lacking faith in what might be possible. He is so focused on the next step that sometimes he cannot see the huge mountain he is climbing. Visionary Aquarius has new plans, but the goat has trouble trusting in the new, clinging to the old ways that he knows. May Saturn in Aquarius and now Jupiter in Pisces
give us all new vision and faith in what is to come in 2022.
Venus in Capricorn is retrograde until January 28th, reviewing the nature of love and values. Mercury goes retrograde on January 14th-Feb. 3rd starting in Aquarius and heading back toward Capricorn. We move ahead to new ideas and then back to tradition and the safety net. Is it ok? Can we do both and let it be natural?
The Lunar nodes change signs from s.node Sag/n.node Gemini to s.node Scorpio/n.node Taurus on January 18th, the same day Uranus goes direct. This shifts our collective consciousness to the yin signs of water/earth, out the fire/air elements which have kept us so busy and active. With awakening planet Uranus in Taurus meeting up with N.Node come this July 26th, we will all be summoned to wake up from our collective
slumber!
