Full Moon in Aquarius

Once in a Blue Moon, well once a year, the full moon is in the same sign during a single month! Our last full moon was on July 23rd at early degree's Aquarius. Now we have this coming Sunday's full moon at the final 29 degree position of Aquarius. Dane
Rudhyar's Sabian Symbols book describes this final degree of Aquarius as: The ability for the person with an open mind and a deep feeling for self-transcendance to come in contact with higher forms of existence. May it be so!
Sunday is also the day the Sun will move into Virgo, shifting the element of the outer playing field from a Fire sign, Leo to a practical Earth sign Virgo until fall equinox.
Virgo energy has been popping up this last month as Venus, Mars and Mercury have all been in this organized efficient sign. If you have been feeling either motivated to get it together or hyper-critical of yourself and others, you have been experiencing the Virgo vibe. Venus has moved into Libra now, one of its two favorite signs, easing up the urge to make things perfect. If you have Virgo in your natal chart, this is the time to really
focus on your health! As a Virgo I can say that with conviction as I am on day 14 of a 30 day Purium cleanse. Wow...I am so jazzed about it! I have not felt this reverent towards my body in a long time. Mahalo Virgo!

With Pluto, Neptune, Uranus, Saturn, Jupiter and Chiron all in a retrograde things may not appear as they seem. This full moon is calling for radical change! Aquarius is an agent of change, we are all changing! Please affirm it! So how do we
strengthen community and quit pontificating our individuated truths? Can we live in the "I don't know" space? It can be a scary place... These are very intense times. Leo is the sign of a heart centered leader. Aquarius in the sign of being our unique self within our communities. Can we have many leaders? Is this what the Aquarian age is asking of us?
Jovial Jupiter is conjoined the moon on this auspicious day. We do need some optimism! Please bring the teachings and the teachers with their wisdom who can help us!
